- Unboxing Video Requirement: Providing a continuous, unedited unboxing video is a mandatory condition for any claim regarding missing or damaged items.
- Shipping Costs: All return/exchange shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Dispute Resolution: You agree to contact games4youuu@gmail.com or our Facebook page to resolve issues before initiating a chargeback via PayPal, Stripe, or your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested using these Terms as a binding legal agreement.
