1. Global Logistics & Protection
  • Worldwide Fulfillment: We offer international shipping with optimized, low-cost rates to every corner of the globe.
  • Elite Safety Packaging: Protecting your collection is our priority. Every order is secured with professional-grade materials to ensure maximum protection during transit.
  • Courier Responsibility: Once a package is handed to the carrier, the risk of transit-related damage shifts to the courier. GamelandSKN does not accept liability for damages caused by third-party logistics. Customers must file claims for transit damage directly with the courier service.
2. Comprehensive Return & Refund Terms
We facilitate returns, exchanges, and refunds under the following strict conditions:
  • Mandatory Freight Policy: Regardless of the reason for return (including item condition or perceived flaws), all shipping expenses—including original shipping, return freight, and re-shipping fees—must be prepaid and covered by the customer.
  • Validity of Claims: Any request where the customer is unwilling to bear the logistics costs will be deemed automatically invalid and will not be processed.
3. Playing Card & Magic Product Disclaimer
Playing cards are delicate, paper-based collectibles. Please note:
  • Strict Evidence Requirement (No Video, No Claim): To protect against fraudulent claims, customers MUST provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video and high-resolution photos. Claims regarding "missing items" or "defects" without a valid unboxing video will be summarily rejected.
  • Manufacturing Variations: Minor tuck case creases, slight ink offsets, or microscopic box imperfections are standard results of the manufacturing process and do not qualify as defects.
  • Collector’s Note: If you require "Gem-Mint" box condition, please purchase with caution. We do not provide compensation or returns for minor aesthetic box issues that do not impact the playability of the cards.
4. Anti-Fraud Agreement (Stripe/PayPal Defense)
By placing an order, you agree to resolve all issues through our official support channels. GamelandSKN maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent chargebacks.
  • Any attempt to initiate a dispute via PayPal, Stripe, or your Bank without prior communication will be considered a breach of this contract.
  • We will provide this policy and your timestamped order confirmation to financial institutions as proof of your agreement to these terms.
5. Binding Acceptance
The completion of payment constitutes your legal signature and full acceptance of all terms and conditions stated above.
